SMX Fantasy League is a fantasy league platform for supercross and motocross fans, designed, built, and operated by Hayden Software Solutions. It handles everything a league needs from the first draft to the final standings, and it's a working example of what we can build for a local business.
Friends who want to compete in a fantasy league over a racing season usually end up juggling group texts, shared spreadsheets, and someone manually adding up points every week. Drafts are hard to schedule, rules get argued about, and the person keeping score eventually burns out.
The goal was a single, dependable place where a league can be set up in minutes, drafted live, and then largely run itself: results published, standings updated, and everyone able to see exactly where they stand.
Members draft their teams together in real time, with a draft order, a pick clock for every turn, and an automatic pick if the clock runs out, so the draft never stalls waiting on one person.
Supercross, motocross, and a combined year-long SMX format, each with its own season calendar and scoring, all running side by side on the same platform.
League creators choose whether their league is invite-only or open for anyone to find and join, set the size of the league, and manage its members and draft schedule.
Once the season is underway, members can swap a rider out for an available replacement, with a confirmation step before anything changes.
Riders are ranked for each league format, and the ranking appears right beside every available rider during the draft and when choosing a roster swap, with the top-ranked riders listed first, so picks are informed instead of guesses.
Each race week, the points breakdown by team and by rider is published and the league standings update automatically, including tiebreakers, with no spreadsheets to maintain.
Interactive charts show how every member's points have trended, week by week or as a running total, with the option to focus on just the teams you care about.
Each league has its own conversation, plus a running activity feed of drafts, roster moves, and membership changes, with optional email updates so everyone stays in the loop.
Dedicated rules and scoring pages explain how each league format works, so new members can get started without asking the organizer.
A fantasy league is a fun subject, but the underlying problems are the ones local businesses run into every day. The capabilities behind this platform translate directly:
